Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the content operation, activity design, user system, etc. of the internal technical community of the mutual service system, and building a good technical atmosphere and engineer culture;
2. Responsible for the research and development of technical courses and the construction of training systems, and implementing and operating online/offline training solutions based on actual situations;
3. Organize various technical activities, competitions, etc., operate external technical blogs, strengthen internal and external communication, and explore the value of the mutual service system technology system;
4. Establish a technical knowledge system and be responsible for the management and maintenance of ISTA HI0/Ozone mutual service;
5. Coordinate with the team, gain a deep understanding of the business, and address the actual needs of the department.

Job requirements

1. Two years or more of experience in community operation or training, with technical direction operation experience preferred;
2. Capable of topic planning and user operation, sensitive to data;
3. Have project management experience, possess business promotion and resource coordination abilities, and be able to facilitate the implementation of complex projects;
4. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate well with engineers, English proficiency is preferred;
5. Rich in team spirit and owner awareness, self driven without setting boundaries.
